Getting to your activity
Show your emailed mobile voucher at Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza, then follow signs to Atlas Village. Drivers can use Aquaventure parking and the complimentary shuttle to the plaza.
Plan to reach the plaza at least 30 minutes before your booked time. Be at Atlas Village 15 minutes before Meet & Greet, or 5 minutes before the other activities. The booked time is for check-in, and arriving 15 minutes late may mean no admission.
Each under-12 needs a participating adult aged 18+; one adult may accompany up to two. Pregnant guests cannot join Encounter or Swim.

Which Dolphin experience should I choose?
Meet & Greet stays dry at the lagoon edge and includes a behind-the-scenes tour. Encounter is a 30-minute interaction in waist-deep water; no swimming is needed. Swim is in deep water after an orientation and is only for confident swimmers aged 8+. Kayak (8+) and stand-up Paddle (12+) are 20-minute activities on the lagoon.
Is Aquaventure Waterpark included?
Yes. Each Dolphin experience listed here includes Aquaventure Waterpark admission on the same day as your activity. You can enjoy the waterpark around your scheduled dolphin session, subject to its opening hours and individual ride restrictions. Aquarium entry, hotel pools and resort beaches are not included.
Can children take part?
Encounter and Meet & Greet welcome all ages. For those two activities, paid ticket categories are based on height: below or above 120 cm. Please contact us before booking someone exactly 120 cm tall. Children aged 2 and under may join free with a paying, participating adult; contact us to arrange their place. Every guest under 12 needs a participating adult aged 18+, with no more than two under-12s per adult. Swim and Kayak start at age 8; Paddle starts at age 12.
Do I need to be able to swim?
No swimming is needed for Meet & Greet or Encounter. Dolphin Swim requires confident swimmers who can tread water and swim with a mask and snorkel. Kayak and Paddle welcome all swimming abilities, but their minimum ages and safety instructions still apply. Pregnant guests cannot take part in Encounter or Swim. Ask us about accessibility or medical suitability before booking.
What is included, and what should I bring?
Your selected activity, same-day Aquaventure entry, a towel, locker, showers and complimentary juice or coffee at Atlas Village are included. Bring swimwear for water activities, suitable footwear, sun protection and your mobile ticket voucher. The venue supplies required wetsuits for Encounter and Swim and life jackets for Kayak and Paddle.
Are photos or cameras allowed?
Meet & Greet includes one printed photo per paid ticket. Other professional photos cost extra. Personal cameras and filming are not allowed in the water or animal habitat; follow the venue team’s instructions.
Is this a private experience?
No. Your ticket is for a place in a scheduled group session, which may include other guests. Book all members of your party together when possible.
How do I use my ticket and where do I go?
After payment and supplier confirmation, we email your ticket vouchers. You do not need to print them. Show them at the Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza, then follow signs to Atlas Village inside Aquaventure. If driving, park at the Aquaventure Waterpark parking area and take the complimentary shuttle to the plaza.
When should I arrive?
Plan to reach Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza at least 30 minutes before your booked time, then follow signs to Atlas Village. Your booked time is the mandatory check-in time, not necessarily the dolphin activity start. Be at Atlas Village at least 15 minutes before Meet & Greet or 5 minutes before Encounter, Swim, Kayak or Paddle. Arriving 15 minutes late or more may be treated as a no-show.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Under BMG’s policy, cancellation at least 72 hours before travel receives a 100% ticket refund; extra cancellation or refund fees may apply. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. Changes require confirmation; contact us as early as possible.
